When Stones Concert Tour?

  • Where and when should one witness the band of such iconic fame live? The Rolling Stones 2022 Tour

Early in the 1960s, the Rolling Stones had been captivating audiences all around the world and proving themselves as among the very best rock bands of all time. Their ongoing performance for many years and success have earned them the moniker "The World's Greatest Rock & Roll Band."

Fans of the band could be worried about how long Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and company could run those extended tours as the Stones entered their sixties. But as this page will show, the great rockers are not ready to hang the boots any time soon. They have an aggressive 2022 tour schedule which they will be appearing in North America as well as various European countries.

The Rolling Stones 2022 tour dates are shown here together with where and when you might be able to watch a concert this year.

    The 2022 European Tour Dates

Starting on June 1, 2022, in Madrid, the Stones started their most recent run of shows known as the "Sixty". Over the summer, the mini-tour consists of 10 separate shows in stadiums and arenas across 10 different nations throughout Europe.

Two events at London's Hyde Park, nine years following the historic 50th-anniversary events there, and appearances at several of the main summer festivals around Europe are among the planned highlights for 2022.

These are the last dates of The Rolling Stones 2022 European tour: The Rolling Stones 2022 European tour has these remaining dates:

June 25, London, UK @ American Express Presents BST Hyde Park has July 3: London, UK @ American Express Presentations BST Hyde Park: July 11: King Baudouin Stadium Brussels, Belgium July 15 from Vienna, Austria @ Ernst Happel Stadium July 19– Lyon, France at Groupama Stadium July 23 Paris, France at Hippodrome ParisLongchen July 27 – Germany @ Veltins Arena, Gelsenkirchen July 31, 2015 Friends Arena Stockholm, Sweden August 3, Berlin, Germany @ Olympiastadion; August 7, Bern, Switzerland @ Wankdorf Stadium. August 11– Milan, Italy @ San Siro Stadium August 15 @ PGE Narodowy Warsaw, Poland; August 19 Munich, Germany Olympiastadion August 27 at Paris La Defense Arena, Paris, France.

Delivering two and a half hours of well-known and obscure hits, the Stones powered through these first European gigs without any apparent fatigue. Those who have seen the tour thus far say Jagger is still a captivating performer and the whole band is shockingly tight for a group that has been around for sixty years.

Based on the early performances, the rest of the summer tour has to be showcasing the Stones still living up to their age by giving fantastic nightly shows.

The Fall US Tour Leg is in honor of the 1976-formed art rock band with the same name.

Whether the Stones will return to the road in September following their break till the end of August or they have had enough of traveling Europe and therefore will tour North American venues is yet unknown.

Starting on September 26 in St. Louis and concluding on November 20 in Austin, the just-revealed fall tour will span fifteen cities in eight weeks. Like the European concerts, the setlist has to contain some of the less well-known songs from the group's vast repertoire as well as certain variants depending on the night it is performed.

The Rolling Stones 2022 US tour has these dates: The Rolling Stones 2022 US tour has the following dates:

September 26 at The Dome St. Louis, Missouri September 30: at Bank of America Stadium Charlotte, North Carolina October 4 @ Gillette Stadium Foxborough, Massachusetts October 7 at US Bank Stadium Minneapolis, MN October 11 at Raymond James Stadium Tampa, Florida October 15, Austin, Texas, Circuit of the Americas October 19: Cotton Bowl Stadium Dallas, Texas October 23rd: Mercedes Benz Stadium Atlanta, GA October 29; Detroit, MI; Ford Field November 2—Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania @ Acrisure Stadium November 6: Nashville, Tennessee; Nissan Stadium November 11 @ Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, Nevada November 15—Phoenix, Arizona @ State Farm Stadium November 19 at SoFi Stadium Los Angeles, California November 20; Austin, Texas @ Circuit of The Americas

This leg will feature visits to some of the sites the band has visited in past years as well as some cities the band has not lately visited. All of it culminates in the last two rounds of the year scheduled at Circuit of the Americas in Austin.

Does a Stones tour in 2023 seem likely?

Given thirty gigs scheduled for 2022, one wonders if this is formally the rock band's retirement tour. All the signs, nevertheless, point to more shows in 2023 and most likely beyond.

The band members have said in several interviews this year that they want to keep playing so long as they are still able to provide their best. Particularly objecting to any idea that this would be a farewell tour is Keith Richards.

The Stones usually conclude most of their tours two to three years ago. For example, the band's 2017 to 2021 No Filter Tour was postponed in 2020 because of the COVID-19 epidemic.

Therefore, even if 2022 might be the last year of the continuous mega-tours for the Stones, supporters might hope for sporadic visits in the coming few years. As long as Mick, Keith, and the rest of the band are able-bodied, we most likely will be having mini-tours through Europe and North America.

See the Legends While They Still Live.

Ultimately, nobody knows exactly how many more years we will be able to see the Rolling Stones performing live. Although this might not be the end, the finish line has to be approached in the next and following years.

Stated differently, people should not take any later opportunities to observe these living idols in action for given importance. Get a ticket to their show should the Stones be visiting your city in 2022 or any later year. Arguably the best rock & roll band in history, they can still perform the same way they did in their heyday.

You can sing out tunes to songs like "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction, "Get Off of My Cloud, "Paint It Black, "Jumpin' Jack Flash, "Tumbling Dice," and so many more; you run the danger of becoming one of the people who lets such a chance fly by. See the venerable band The Stones performing while Mick, Keith, and the rest of the band can still put on a decent show.
