  • OneRepublic is a band in the pop rock genre from Colorado Springs, United States, formed in the year 2002. The band is comprised of lead vocalist Ryan Tedder, guitarists Zach Filkins and Drew Brown, cellist and bassist Brent Kutzle, drummer Eddie Fisher and Brian Willett the keyboardist. OneRepublic has started gaining popularity in 2007 with their hit single Apologize taken from the debut album Dreaming Out Loud. Since then, they have released three more successful studio albums and have gone on tour, becoming one of the most successful pop bands.

Now one year after releasing the fourth album Human, OneRepublic successfully started a global tour to promote the record. The Human Tour started on March 20, 2021, at the Starlite Festival in Mexico. Shortly after that, OneRepublic toured through several venues across North and South America. The spring leg of the tour included performances in Monterrey, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Toronto, New York and Washington DC. The band performed in various venues, including theaters and large venues, and the music featured powerful choruses and Tedder’s passionate singing voice.

The summer was also time for OneRepublic to go on tour across Europe. Starting their trek at Afas Live in Amsterdam on June 4, OneRepublic went on to perform in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and others. Some of the popular songs that fans sung along to include Counting Stars, Good Life, Rescue Me, as well as many songs from the Human album. Other shows during the tour were at the Starlite Festival in Spain and the scandalous Isle of Wight festival in England. This was the band’s debut at Isle of Wight and they were able to attract a huge audience for the Saturday night headliners. The European run concluded in Hungary on July 16.

By fall, OneRepublic was willing to tour again in North America. The extensive fall leg saw them visiting several cities they had toured early in the year. Many of the shows were performed in some of the most famous venues, such as the Greek Theater in Los Angeles and the Radio City Music Hall in New York. This tour also included stops in Nashville, Houston, Dallas, Detroit, Chicago, Denver, and many others. The band OneRepublic supported REVERB, a nonprofit which aims at teaching and encouraging musicians and fans to act so that the world would be sustainable; for every ticket bought for the 2021 North American tour, OneRepublic contributed $1.

It is now 2022 and it seems that OneRepublic has not stopped in making and creating new music. The Human Tour is expected to run up to the next summer which includes festivals as well as headlining shows. To date, there are concerts planned for Latin America and Europe beginning in February; the guys will be back in the United States in June. SOME OF THE UPCOMING SHOWS ARE: Lollapalooza Festivals in Argentina – Chile – Brazil the following year. Another summer show is also set for Netherlands for Pinkpop and Rock Werchter in Belgium in the next July. Further dates in North America and Australia have not been released but should be soon.

What an amazing it was to witness an extended tour across several continents and hundreds of performances in the framework of the promotion of the bands newest studio album Human. It is worth pointing out that the fans around the world have been singing and dancing at the sold-out concerts for more than a year now. And given that the Human Tour is planned to go on throughout the year 2022 and maybe even in 2023, there is still more to look forward to in OneRepublic’s concert tours. Make sure you always follow all their tours and buy tickets as soon as they come to your city. Of course, the dancing along to the popular top hits and later taking a bop to unforgettable memories that OneRepublic brings to your city as part of the Human Tour.
