  • Originating in Denver, Colorado, the American folk rock band The Lumineers Started in 2005, the band consists of Wesley Schultz on vocals and guitars, Jeremiah Fraites on drums, percussion, and keyboard, and Neyla Pekarek on cello and vocals. With their song "Ho Hey" in 2012, the Lumineers landed their big break and shot into popular fame. Later on, the song would be certified five times platinum in the United States and number three on the Billboard Hot 100. The band has become among the greatest folk rock bands of today and has since put two more chart-topping albums out there.

After their second studio album Cleopatra was published in 2016, The Lumineers started a global tour spanning 2016–2017. Later in 2018 said they would be off working on their third album for a year. People were eager to find out when the Lumineers would next be performing when the band had to reorganize in Denver, their hometown. The band formally announced in January 2019 that they will be releasing their third album III later in the year and then embarking on a global tour early in February 2020.

The first phase of the III tour is supposed to span North America between February and May of next year 2020. Starting on February 1st with Buffalo, NY's KeyBank Center performance, the tour then hits Toronto, Philadelphia, Nashville, Dallas, and others. With a fittingly for the band, homecoming performance at the Ball Arena in Denver, the North American leg is scheduled to end on May 8. On all North American venues, opening for The Lumineers will be highly praised American American singer/songwriter Gregory Alan Isakov.

22 gigs in the North American leg have been confirmed so far; additional dates will be announced in the next months. Among the particular tour destinations are February 14 at the Madison Square Garden in New York and April 3 and 4 at the Fabulous Forum in Los Angeles. The following is a full list of the North American tour dates and venues that have been lately revealed: The following is a complete list of the recently revealed North America tour dates and locations:

Following the final date of the North American half, The Lumineers will be touring Europe in the summer of 2020. The band has said that, among others in June and July, the European events would be taking place in Germany, Belgium, and the United Kingdom; the precise dates of the performances have not been given for these countries.

One can readily predict that tickets will be in great demand once they go on sale to the public later this year as The Lumineers have acquired the capacity to sell out headline events at well-known locations such as Madison Square Garden and Wembley Stadium in recent years. Those who would like to get the tickets as early as possible register on the band's website to enter the presale. Otherwise, the next months will provide General On-Sale ticket dates.

Apart from these two long trips throughout North America and Europe next year, The Lumineers should also show much more traveling in promotion of III. Already in 2020 and 2021, they have proposed visiting Australia, Japan, South America, and South Africa. One only hopes for additional concert events and on-sale information to be provided gradually as their calendar becomes more established in locations other than North America and Europe.

Finally, Lumineers have announced 23 North American gigs between February and May 2020 with additional dates across the US and Canada in promotion of their third album, III. Gregory Alan Isakov will be joining them over the complete North American trip. The band has also said that June or July 2020 marks the projected European summer trip. Later this year, tickets are probably going to go on sale; by adding to their email list, you may purchase during presales. The band's fame means that supporters all over can anticipate it to tour the new record sometime in 2020 or 2021 and visit their local region. Visit the lumineers regularly to see any fresh ticket information and, should any exist, the updated tour dates.
