When Colbie Caillat Concert Tour?
Colbie Caillat recently took to her Facebook account to announce the fact that she is going on a concert tour soon.
The well-known music artist, Colbie Caillat, is to release her concert tour across North America in the latter half of this year. That tour will be entitled The Malibu Sessions Tour, where the band will be performing from August to November covering over 25 cities. This is the first time that Caillat has headlined her tour since her 2018 tour.
The Malibu Sessions Tour is named after her upcoming album The Malibu Sessions which is expected to be out this summer. The album was produced in Malibu, California within the past year and it is Caillat’s typical light and airy acoustic pop music with influences of country, folk, and Americana styles. The songs in the album are some of the finest pieces composed and written based on the life of the artist and her experiences in Southern California. Audiences will be able to listen to some of the hits from the Malibu Sessions album for the first time on this tour.
In a statement, Caillat expressed her excitement to return to the concert stage: “I am looking forward to going on tour and playing new songs for my audience again It has been much too long The connection that is created between myself and my band, and my audience during a live show is the best part of what I do I understand that this tour is going to be great. ”
It is set to commence on August 5th in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio before moving around North America for three months. Some of the major markets Caillat will be visiting are New York, Toronto, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, and of course Los Angeles and San Francisco. She will perform in outside venues such as amphitheaters, performing arts centers, theaters, and arenas in her tour.
The audience will be treated to a mix of hits from The Malibu Sessions album and classics such as Bubbly, Realize, and Lucky with Jason Mraz. Caillat has several albums and hit songs in her collection ensuring that each place she performs during her tour is bound to be a memorable one. As far as the headlining concerts are concerned, Caillat always tries to involve fans and give them a feel-good experience.
Even the ‘locked out’ fans will not forget a co-headlining tour that Caillat embarked on with Gavin DeGraw in 2009 as well as her solo headlining tours in 2007, 2009, and 2012. In her latest solo tour in 2018, Caillat toured through the country sold most of her shows, and received great live feedback, proving her a great live artist. Having toured last in 2007, fans are looking forward to Caillat’s next concert tour this August.
Notably, Caillat came into focus in 2007 when her hit single, “Bubbly” went viral on MySpace, which had not yet been overshadowed by Facebook and other social media sites at the time. This resulted in the signing of a recording deal with Universal Republic and the release of her debut album, Coco, in 2007. Since then, this Malibu-born singer has managed to sell more than six million albums and ten million singles internationally as well as being awarded two Grammy awards. However, Caillat is also equally famous for her laid-back, California girl, the singer-songwriter type of image and music. It is not only her music but her friendly, laid-back personality that people connect with almost as much as they do her acoustic melodies.
The Malibu Sessions 2022 tour will still retain the feel of Colbie Caillat that fans love about her music and her concerts.
